You may order on-line or fax us 24 hours
7 days a week or give us a call Monday through Saturday 24 Hours a day.
Most orders are processed within 48 hours. You will be notified by phone
or email if any parts requested are backordered. If you do not have an E-mail
address, then please be certain to include a phone contact where you can
be notified. No Item's will be shipped out without a phone number
included with your order.

- CAS4, INC. accepts Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, cashier's checks, wire transfers, money orders and personal
checks.
- Payment must be in U.S. dollars.
- If payment is made by check or money order,
please allow 2 weeks for your check to clear the bank before your order
will be shipped.
- Prices and product availability are subject to

- Military Mail Orders - Military customers
accept all
responsibility for products that are shipped to military addresses.
Since we can not insure some products to some military locations,
the customer must accept the responsibility for lost and or damaged
items shipped to any military address.

Sales Tax
If any Sales/Use tax is due to your state on any items purchased from
our company, you the customer are responsible for reporting it and
paying such Sales/Use tax. CAS4, Incorporated collects
Sales/Use tax from all New York State residents only. Due to the
continual efforts of the local, national government agencies and whoever
else that is trying to create a nationwide Sales/Use on all internet
sales, we will collect sales tax from out of New York State customers
when we become aware of any such laws and have been advised how process
such taxes, and enlightened as to where to sent this collected Sales/Use
tax. Until then, it has been explained to the customer that they are
responsible for any and all internet sales / use taxes due.

SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped UPS. Some items may be
subject to additional shipping charges or arrangements due to weight or
size. Orders with oversized items will require a shipment quote prior to
processing your order. Products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board)
and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the
specified shipping agent. For shipping damage, customers should file
claim to their carrier immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong
items or missing items, must be reported to CAS4 within 24 hours after
delivery. Contact CAS4 " Customer Service Department ", if
you have any complaints.
OUTSIDE US AND USA TERRITORIES
We will gladly ship anywhere in the world, however
all orders outside the USA and USA Territories require PRE-PAYMENT
before shipping. These orders also may require a shipment quote, the
customer is responsible for actual shipping charges, plus all duties and
tariffs. We accept cashier's checks,
personal checks, money orders or wire transfers in US funds for Foreign
orders. To eliminate translation errors, your order must be in English.
WARRANTY - BASIC INFO - UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED
All items, unless otherwise stated, are fully
guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship and are covered by
their respective manufacturer's warranties. Within thirty (30) days we
will replace, at our sole discretion, any item that is deemed defective.
After 30 days the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed.
Returns shall be done within 30 days of invoice date. This warranty does
not cover installation or service of product, conditions resulting from
consumer mishandling; such as improper maintenance or misuse, abuse,
accident or alteration; all plastic and metal surfaces and all other
exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal use; products
that have had the serial number removed or made illegible. Chrome cannot
be guaranteed against bluing. Warranted items shall be replaced
with items of same quality or better. Warranted items shall not be sent
back for a refund. Restocking fees may apply to items that you chose to
send back.
WARRANTY - EXHAUSTS
All exhausts are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the period
of 30 days depending on the manufacture, from the date of
invoice. Any request to return defective merchandise must be made within
the terms of the limited warranty. Defective merchandise must be sent
back to either CAS4 or the Manufacturer freight prepaid. Upon inspection
and determination of a valid warranty claim, manufacturer or CAS4 will
replace the defective merchandise and return it via ground shipment.
The exhaust sound level or pitch varies from one exhaust system and
motorcycle to the next; therefore CAS4 makes no warranty as to any type
of sound or pitch. CAS4 makes no statement or guarantee that any exhaust
will product more house-power and advises customer that no exhaust shall
be returned for any performance or lack-of-performance problems. Discoloration is caused by tuning characteristics,
cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc., and is not caused by
defective manufacturing. Therefore, there is no warranty on exhaust
pipes and mufflers with regard to discoloration, rust or damaged chrome.
No credit will be issued for labor or other costs incurred beyond the
cost of original product.
WARRANTY - ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS
All electrical components are NOT RETURNABLE for any reason. You may
contact the manufacturer and they may be able to help, but we will not accept any returns on any
electrical components. This is A standard AUTOMOTIVE PARTS POLICY everywhere.
RETURNS - FRAMES AND OTHER PARTS MADE TO ORDER
Any parts that have to be fabricated to fulfill your order shall be
deemed a special construction part and is not returnable for any reason.
If the part is defective it shall be replaced at manufacturers discretion
only. NO PARTS MADE TO ORDER ARE RETURNABLE.
RETURNS - USED PARTS
In general we do not sell used parts. If we do sell a used part, all
used parts will be sols " AS-IS", no warrantee or guarantee implied or
expressed. No used parts shall be returned and all used parts sales
shall be considered final.
CANCELLED ORDER FEE
CANCELED ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED THE SAME AS A
RESTOCKING - 25%.
RETURNS
HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES. We will
only accept a return if returned in original parts box that you received
it in. DO NOT WRITE on any parts packing boxes. Any parts or parts boxes
returned with writing on them may be refused or returned, "
we can not sell a part as new if you have written all over the box
!". Listed products (items that have listed prices on our web page)
may be returned within 30 days of your receiving them (the products must
be brand new, in perfect condition, a perfect
box and never used). In order to keep our prices lowest, WE CHARGE a 25% RETURN
/ RESTOCKING FEE
and, of course, we cannot refund shipping & handling charges.
Returning used products, of course, cannot be allowed. We do not sell
used products and you will not receive (nor do you expect to receive)
used (or "re-furbished") merchandise from us. Please contact
us if you wish to return products (must be brand new, in perfect
condition, a perfect box and never used), and we will give you an "RA"
number and instructions on how and where to ship. Non-listed products
(items that do not have prices listed on our web page and that you
received a special quote on) may not be returned as we consider
them special order items. Shopping by mail-order has many good points
(low prices, shipped right to your door, less hassles because no waiting
in line, etc) and a few less positive ones such as; you can't physically
see (or touch) the products, it takes a few days to get to you as well
as if you return it, it isn't easy or convenient (for you or us) when
you need to return something. If you aren't certain that you want a
product, or aren't sure that what you are about to order is exactly what
you want; please do not order it from us. Also, we repeat,
merchandise may not be returned more than 30 days after purchase and
shipping/handling charges are not refundable. THE
POST OFFICE DOES NOT DELIVER PACKAGES TO OUR BUSINESS, ALL RETURNS MUST
BE SENT BACK TO US BY UPS ( UNITED PARCEL SERVICE) ONLY.
SHIPPING COSTS
All product prices as marked by CAS4, on all web page's
used by CAS4, located at 141 North Route 9W, Stony Point, New York are priced, "
less shipping costs " unless otherwise stated. Shipping will
be included on your final invoice.
PARTS " DOT" SAFETY APPROVAL
RATING
Many of the parts that we sell are for " SHOW ONLY " purposes.
They are not and were not intended for " ON ROAD USE". This
may be referred to as a D.O.T. " Department of
Transportation", safety requirement. Please contact your local
Mechanic or DOT inspection station before using any parts on any
Government or Person Roadways. Please read our liability statement on
this page also. We sell parts only and offer no legal advise about any
parts use purchased through CAS4,Incorporated.
LIABILITY
CAS4, INC.'s liability shall be limited to the replacement of
the original part(s) purchased from CAS4, INC., or the reimbursement of part(s)
purchased from CAS4, INC.. CAS4, INC shall not be held liable for any labor, paint,
or any other damage(s) resulting from any part(s) sold by CAS4, INC. CAS4,
INC. shall
not be held liable for any damages of any kind for any of the products
that are sold by CAS4, INC. other than stated above. The manufacturers of any
product sold by CAS4, INC. shall be the the sole party responsible for their
product(s). Any purchased item(s) from CAS4, INC. should be installed by a
" Certified Mechanic " and inspected for safety after
installation by a " Certified Mechanic ". Any person(s) that
install any part(s) purchased from CAS4, INC. shall be solely responsible for
ensuring the proper and safe installation of those parts. BE ADVISED
THAT IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT ALL PARTS
PURCHASED FROM CAS4, INC. ARE INSTALLED IN A SAFE MANNER INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, CLEARANCES, LEAKAGE, AND ANY OTHER SAFETY MATTERS. NOTE:
Failure to install purchased parts properly may result in " SEVERE
" damage, including but not limited to , death, personal injury and
( or ) property damage. If
you do not understand these " TERMS & CONDITIONS" please have a
lawyer explain them to you before ordering. Some
