S&S Hot Set Ups consist of combinations of engine parts that provide you with the right balance between performance, dependability and value. 89FL HOT SET UP

89 Inch Big Twin Stock Bore Stroker Kit
More inches. More power. And no guessing. Like all S&S Hot Set Ups, this kit is highly recommended for its significant performance increases without sacrificing stock-like reliability.
The Hot 89 establishes the foundation for future displacement increases with no redundancy. These same 4-5/8" Stroker flywheels can be used with 96 inch Sidewinder forged pistons without rebalancing. Great performance now. And lots more later if you wish.

96 Inch Big Twin Sidewinder/Stroker Kit
A winning combination to bring out the beast in your 1984 or newer 80 inch Harley-Davidson motor. For a weekend at the dragstrip or the power to pass just about anything with ease, the Hot 96 has proven that large motors can be reliable, too.
The Hot 96 is an economical route to a large displacement motor. And there is still room to enhance future performance with the addition of S&S Super Stock cylinder heads.

80 Inch Evolution Big Twin Kit
S&S Super Stock cylinder heads provide the kick in this new kit for the stock displacement V2 motor. Just right for those who want to get their performance feet wet. Or for those who want to get comfortable with the basics in anticipation of more high-powered modifications down the road.
Installation is easy as the kit is assembled just like a stock top-end rebuild. All components are carefully engineered and matched for dependable high performance. Both regular and high compression versions are available.

80FLSS Hot Set Up yields 80 cubic inches and includes a Super Stock cylinder head kit w/valves and springs installed, 3-1/2" bore pistons complete, manifold w/o-rings and flanges, assorted hardware, top end gaskets, a 561 cam, adjustable chrome moly pushrods, an HL2T kit, a Super E or G carb kit and installation instructions. Specify year, compression ratio desired, oversize of pistons required and carburetor preferred.

89 Inch Big Twin Super Stock/Stroker Kit
S&S heads have been added to this popular stroker kit. The payoff is more horsepower at the crankshaft - 13-15 hp over our Hot 89 stroker kit with stock heads - as well as a strong increase in mid-range torque.
Easily installed, the heads bolt on in place of the stock units while the cam is tuned for the performance street rider. Each Hot Set Up includes all the top end gaskets and hardware necessary for a complete installation. Both regular and high-compression versions are available.

The 96FLSS kit is the best we have to offer. Recommended for the serious performance enthusiast, S&S has designed, manufactured and assembled a potent street-able package with real world riding in mind.
No modifications are required with our S&S Super Stock heads. They bolt right on. Flywheels come balanced and assembled for easy installation. Each Hot Set Up includes all the top-end gaskets and hardware necessary for a complete installation. The 96FLSS Hot Set Up is available in 10.1:1 and 13.2:1 compression ratios.
