Hy-Rev Hydraulic lifters by
V-Thunder Patented lifter design have a unique anti pump up race retainer that replaces the normal spring retaining clip to precisely limit travel of the hydraulic lifter plunger. During operation, the valve train performs more like a mechanical system, allowing high RPM operation with the quiet and precision of hydraulics. Roller and axle are made from high carbon/chromium bearing quality steel which is hardened for improved wear and load capacity and the pushrod seat is nitrided for severe service. Made in the USA. For Evolution® Big Twin models 1984 to present and Evolution Sportster® models 1986 thru 1990. |

Sifton 7/16" Non-Adjustable Pushrods
Smaller-diameter performance pushrods designed to be used in conjunction with Sifton
adjustable tappets to eliminate the pushrod 'rub'. Formed from 7/16"-diameter, 2024
aluminum tubing with a .095" wall thickness, making them stronger than 1/2"
standard-wall pushrods. Sets of four.

FOR EVOLUTION Top quality performance hydraulic tappet assembly for Evolution Big Twin models 1984-up and Sportster 1986-1990. The zero back lash design eliminates collapsing of the hydraulic unit allowing the camshaft to open fully, resulting in more power. Each tappet is hand matched to a running fit of .0002" and treated with dicronite DL-5 coating for wear resistance. Available in Standard or +.005"oversize for worn tappet blocks. Replaces OEM 18523-86. Sold each. |

S & S HYDRAULIC LIFTER LIMITED TRAVEL KIT Designed to maximize the efficiency of the stock hydraulic lifters in Evolution Big Twin and Sportsters engines. This simple yet effective kit limits the travel of the hydraulic unit in high RPM situations, there by, eliminating potential engine damage due to high RPM valve float. Under normal conditions they allow the lifter to operate as designed, resulting in low valve train noise and nominal maintenance. In effect, this provides a solid lifter for racing and hydraulic lifter for cruising. |
