Chrome Smooth-Contour Handlebar Controls
Unique design has hidden underside mounting on the switch housings for an unobstructed
smooth, rounded surface on the top housing. Switch housings use stock or CCI custom
rounded switches (introduced on 1996 models). It is possible to update most models from
1972 thru 1995 to the latest style with minor wiring and control cable changes. Available
in complete kits with or without chrome switches and as individual components. Exclusively
from Custom ChromeŽ.
Complete Kits
Includes ergonomic clutch and brake levers, master cylinder, switch housings, brackets and

ChromeŽ switches for 1996-up models and require use of 1996-up throttle cables with
circlip retainers inside the switch housing.

Chrome Handlebar Control Kits
Available with or without chrome switches and complete handlebar wiring harnesses. They
fit all models from 1982 thru 1995. Switch housings have a smooth look with no casting
groove, and the master cylinder assembly is complete with the handlebar clamp, chrome
mounting hardware and a banjo bolt. The clutch lever assembly includes both styles of
cable pin permitting the use of the early-style cable, as well as the latest eyelet
type. The switches and wiring harnesses duplicate OEM color coding with 48"-leads
(8"-longer than stock), and include all necessary terminals, pin connectors and
mounting hardware. If you plan to use your existing wiring and switches, the kits are also
available without electrical components. Our latest product is the 9/16"-bore master
cylinder in kits or alone that improves braking feel and performance on single disc front
ends.

Late-Model Ergonomic Handlebar Switches
Custom ergonomic switches for Custom Chrome's smooth handlebar controls or for 1996-up
bikes with the new-style stock controls. Contoured switch rockers provide easier operation
and improved recognition even when wearing gloves. Switches feature better water
resistance for improved reliability in wet weather. Color-coded 48"-long wiring
harness with switches already attached simplifies installation. Available in chrome finish
with black lettering, chrome finish with international symbols or black with white
lettering. Kits include wire terminals, mounting screws and instructions. For all models
1996 to present (except those with radio controls).
