Pro-Stock Style Swingarm Look, will fit a 180, 190 or even a 200 Series Tire. 2" stretched and 2" wider, fits all Evolution® Sportsters® , belt and chain drive.

This " CAD Designed " Swingarm Kit modifies a factory swingarm and comes with solid billet offsets, and detailed blueprints, all the math is already done for you. Kit includes the hard to find components such as the solid billet offsets, Chrome 3/4": x 16 NF thread castle nuts and stainless steel narrow washers for your 3/4" axle ( you need to thread a 3/4" steel rod to 3/4" x 16NF thread. 3/4" square tubing and 1" x 2" rectangular tubing is required to build the lower brace, and a length of 3/4" steel rod is required for your axle, this is easy to find steel. Inside distance will be at 10-5/8" giving you the ability to run a 108 or 200 series tire with room to spare.

This kit is not for the " NOVICE ". Cutting, grinding and welded is required for installation of this kit.

Use a 180 or 200 Series tire with Belt or Chain Drive.

Modify a OEM Swingarm Kit

Kit includes:

Option A: Includes 2 solid billet offsets, detailed swingarm modification instructions with all measurements clearly outlined with blueprints to make the lower support brace out of cheap readily available steel tubing. We also through in 2 Chrome Castle nuts and 2 narrow wall stainless steel washers. This option gives you the hard to find parts.
Option B: Includes the above but we " pre-cut " the lower support tubing for you. NOTE: I do not have much time on my hands and this may take a few days. I strongly suggest that you go for option ( A ) above. See below for pricing and order info.

2: Frame modification required under seat area to accommodate a wide fender and shock geometry !
