Ness-Tech® 'Petite' Custom Handlebar Controls
Chrome-plated billet aluminum control kits have small button switches and housings for a
clean custom look. Switches can be wired for start button, turn signals, horn or kill
switch. Available with standard cable clutch perch or with 5/8" clutch master
cylinder for hydraulic clutches. Kits include brake master cylinder, clutch lever
assemblies or clutch master cylinder, two switch housings and four switches. A Ness-Tech®
throttle clamp (not included) is required for installation. Models with single front disc
brakes use 5/8" kits, and dual disc models use 3/4" kits.

Chrome Ness-Tech® Custom Handlebar Controls
Chrome-plated aluminum handlebar controls are perfect for those of you who don't want any
switches cluttering the handlebars. Each component is sold separately, with master
cylinders are available with a 5/8"-bore for models with a single front disc brake,
or with a 3/4"-bore for dual disc They're tapped with a 3/8"-24 thread for banjo
fittings, and both the master cylinder and clutch perch provide mounting holes for
mirrors. Option master cylinder for hydraulic clutches is also available.
Note: Master cylinders require Ness-Tech®
throttle clamps listed below.

Simplify the installation of Ness-Tech® switch housings by using Custom Chrome's complete
handlebar wiring harness kits.
Ness-Tech® 'Radius' Handlebar Controls
Elegant rounded design looks great and virtually eliminates visible mounting hardware.
Chrome-plated billet controls are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, and a totally
new lever design that provides a shorter clutch pull. Available in either hydraulic or
cable-operated clutch configuration and Smooth-style without handlebar switches, or
Switch-style that has two button switches on each side. Use 5/8" master cylinders for
single front disc, 3/4" for dual disc.
Note: Controls designed for use on 1 " handlebars without
wiring dimples.

Ness-Tech® Chrome 1996-Up Handlebar Control Kits
Put the custom look on the latest models with Ness controls that use the newest factory
switches and buttons introduced on 1996 models. Use 5/8" for single front disc models
and 3/4" for those with dual discs. Available for stock cable-operated clutch or with
clutch master cylinder for hydraulic clutch. Ness chrome billet throttle clamps provide
the perfect finishing touch.
Chrome Ness-Tech® Handlebar Control Kits for Models from
1972 thru 1995
Complete chrome kits use stock or replacement switches (except front brake switch). Kits
include master cylinder tapped for 3/8"-24 banjo fittings, clutch lever assembly with
a custom clutch cable pin, and two switch housings in, either early (1972-1981) or late
(1982-1995) styles. Use the 5/8" kits for single front disc or 3/4" kits for
dual disc models. Optional. master cylinder for hydraulic clutches is also available.
Note: Installation of these kits on 1972 thru 1981 models will
require conversion to custom brake lines with banjo fittings at the master cylinders.

Replacement Parts
Chrome Ness-Tech® Switch Housings and Accessories
These chrome switch housings are made from billet aluminum and are the perfect finishing
touch for the switch-type master cylinders from Arlen Ness and Performance Machine among
others. Two styles are available to cover all models from 1972 thru 1995, which will
accept all Original Equipment or aftermarket switches. The Ness-Tech® clutch lever
perch listed below also accepts these switch housings, and uses a Ness-Tech® or
1965 thru 1981 Original Equipment-style clutch lever.

GMA Billet Handlebar Controls
High-quality controls are available to fit stock switches or custom without switch
housings. Brake master cylinder is 5/8" bore for single disc front brake or 3/4"
for dual disc. Clutch and brake side are ordered individually to allow custom designs with
switches on only one side or both. As with all GMA parts, they are clear anodized to
retain a beautiful satin look without undue maintenance or flaking as sometimes happens
with chrome-plated billet.

HURST CONTROLS AND ANY HURST PARTS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE
Hurst® Handlebar Controls
Components come separately to select just the right combination. From billet master
cylinders with the banjo connectors hidden underneath, to switch housings that use early
switches to avoid the bulk of late model controls, this is an all-star line-up that has
moved to the head of the class. Master cylinders and clutch perch have small holes for
mirror mounting
Brake Master Cylinder
Use the 5/8" master cylinder for stock brake systems or the 3/4"-bore for the
higher volumes required by multi-piston custom or dual caliper systems. Includes the brake
lever, but not the brake line.
Clutch Perch or Master Cylinder
For cable-operated clutches use the clutch perch, or if using hydraulic clutch, order the
9/16"-bore master cylinder. It is the mirror image of the brake master cylinder,
including bottom banjo hole. Both include levers. The lever accepts both the eyelet and
barrel-style cables.

Grip Sets
Chromed billet grip sets match the pegs designs for Hurst® forward controls . Fit
1" handlebars with single or dual throttle cables, and stock or Hurst® controls.
Switch and Throttle Housings
Switch housings accept the early small switches (1973 thru 1981) to keep housing size
small, yet provide full functionality. The right side switch housing has an integral dual
cable throttle housing. However, if building a totally custom bike without handlebar
switches, a throttle housing is available separately.
