V-Thunder Ignition Computer by Competition Cams
From heart-attack-serious racer to weekend warrior, the V-Thunder Ignition Computer offers unmatched programming capability to perfectly tailor ignition performance to virtually any Evolution® Big Twin. Unique 'switch programming' allows access to over 20 advanced features such as dwell control, nitrous or blower retard, VOES timing, rear cylinder timing trim, cam calibration and minimum and maximum advance adjust. The computer offers 15 built-in programs to match most popular engine combinations, but for the serious tuner, an optional PC interface module allows unlimited access to the internal computer settings and provides infinite adjustment capability. Installation is a super-simple 'black box' swap, without the need to even get inside the nose cone.
RevTech Electronic Ignition Systems
These RevTech high-energy inductive storage systems replace the Original Equipment point-triggered or electronic ignitions fitted to all Sportster® and Big Twin models since 1970. They're Hall cell triggered and unaffected by R.P.M. changes, dirt, oil or any other contaminants that may get into the ignition housing. Each system uses separate magnets in the rotor to turn the coil on and off producing the correct dwell time of 130 degrees (camshaft). This minimizes coil heating and keeps the primary resistance low which keeps the primary current and energy output at optimum levels. These same magnets are mounted in a planar configuration relative to the Hall cell at a radius of just under an inch resulting in perfect timing accuracy because the module-to-module timing is inherent in the design and never needs to be adjusted. Benefits of the single-fire system include increased gas mileage, prolonged spark plug life, easier starts, and a smoother ride with more available horsepower. All of this is accomplished by not firing both sparkplugs every time a cylinder comes to top-dead-center, but only the necessary Plug. This means that the piston which is in the overlap position and still has any raw gas in the cylinder will not be fired needlessly, and the motor will not be 'fighting' itself. Each kit comes complete with everything necessary to perform the installation quickly and easily.

RevTech Digital Electronic Ignition
The RevTech Digital Ignition is a great leap forward in ignition systems for Harley-Davidson engines. Its advanced digital technology enables you to adjust it for the specific configuration of your high performance engine. The RevTech Digital Ignition produces an electronic digital advance that is much more stable and reliable than mechanical advance, but the biggest advantage is the ability to select from four built-in advance curves. These curves permit maximum performance on engines built to different performance levels. An important safety factor is included with the built-in RPM limiter to protect the engine. It is adjustable in four increments from 6000 to 7500 RPM. The RevTech Digital Ignition stands above the others in ease of installation as well as performance, It is plug-compatible with the seven-pin 'D' plug fitted to most models since 1991. It uses the Original Equipment Hall effect timing pickup used on stock electronic ignitions since 1984. For those looking for top-performing single-fire ignition timing, a separate output is provided for the second coil, and a dedicated tach output is also provided. To keep installation simple, optional wiring kits adapt it for use with most models built from 1984 thru 1990.

Accel 'Super System' Ignition System

Accel® Mega-Fire Ignition Module
This module replaces the stock unit fitted to all Evolution® Big Twin models from 1991 to present. May also be installed on 1984 thru 1990 Big Twins when installed in conjunction with a CCI #25-527 Wiring Harness Conversion Kit. The adjustable feature permits selection one of the four pre-programmed advance curves with easy-to-use 'dip' switches. In addition to requiring the Wiring Harness Conversion Kit, all FLT, FLHT and FLHS models from 1984 thru 1990 as well as Softtail models from 1989 thru 1990 require a Harness Extension (must be purchased separately).
Note: Suppression spark plug wires
and resistor spark plugs must be used with this module.
Note: Ignition module may be adapted to models from 1994 to present with CCI #12-568
harness adapter.
Accel Rev Master RPM Control Module
Pre-sets to a specific RPM limit on point or Original Equipment electronic ignition systems. Limit is adjustable between 1900 RPM and 8100 RPM. Measures 4 3/4" x 2 1/2" and is easy to mount.
